A "Lowrider" is a car or truck that has had its suspension changed to lower it to the ground. They usually have upgraded interior work, custom paint jobs, good sound systems, and rims. Some Lowriders have hydraulics added to their suspension so the car has the ability to change its ground clearance. The car can then ride high or low or even hop or jump.
